Refund policy
Free plan generation
The first plan is free. There's nothing to refund.
$247 Deployment Pack
Each Pack is custom-generated for your specific plan and delivered immediately after purchase. All sales are final.
If the Pack failed to generate, generated incomplete, or has a technical defect, contact us within 7 days of purchase at getgrowthjuice@gmail.com with your plan ID and a description of the issue. We'll either regenerate the Pack at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refund requests outside the 7-day technical-defect window, or based on a change of mind / scope re-think, will not be honored. The Pack is a bespoke AI-generated artifact delivered instantly; once you've received it, the work is done.
$997 Implementation Coach
The Coach is purchased at your plan page. 200 conversations, lifetime access per plan. All sales are final. If the Coach fails to activate or has a technical defect, contact us within 7 days of purchase at getgrowthjuice@gmail.com with your plan ID and we'll make it right.

This is an inquiry-based engagement. No payment is collected until we've agreed scope in writing via email. Refund terms are negotiated as part of the engagement and documented in that email exchange.

Response window: within 24 hours on weekdays, within 48 hours on weekends. Everything is async — no scheduled calls. If you replied to one of our automated emails (plan-ready, inquiry confirmation, etc.), your reply lands in the same support inbox.
For paid issues (Pack defects, billing questions), include your plan ID — it's the UUID in your plan URL.
Data & privacy
What we collect
- Your intake answers. The 10 questions you fill out in the wizard, used to generate your plan.
- Your email. Required at the end of the wizard. Used to deliver your plan link, send service notifications (plan ready, plan failed), and identify purchases tied to your plan.
- A salted hash of your IP address. Used for the daily plan-count gate (10 per network) and abuse rate-limiting. We do not store your raw IP.
- Stripe / LemonSqueezy purchase records. When you buy the $247 Pack, our payment processor handles your card details — we never see them. We receive a confirmation that links your purchase to your plan ID.
What we don't do
- No newsletter. No promotional emails. Service notifications only.
- No selling, sharing, or licensing of your intake answers or email to third parties.
- No tracking pixels, no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.
How long we keep things
- Plans: indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete them. Your plan URL is yours to keep.
- Drafts (unsubmitted intakes): 14 days, then auto-deleted.
- IP-hash gating records: rotated daily — the hash for any given day expires after 24 hours.
Deletion requests
Email getgrowthjuice@gmail.com with your plan ID and we'll delete your plan, intake answers, and any associated purchase records within 7 days. Anonymized aggregate data (plan counts, model spend) may be retained for cost auditing.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of third-party services to run this product. Each handles a specific slice of your data:
- Anthropic— runs the AI generation. Your intake answers are sent to Claude to produce your plan. Per Anthropic's API terms, your inputs are not used to train their models.
- Supabase — stores plans, intakes, and purchase records.
- Vercel — hosts the web app and runs the API functions.
- Resend — delivers transactional email (plan ready, inquiries).
- LemonSqueezy — processes payments for the Deployment Pack as the merchant of record. Handles tax, chargebacks, and PCI compliance.
- Upstash — rate-limit + abuse-defense state.
Disclaimer
The plans, agent maps, build docs, proposals, and Deployment Packs we generate are informational outputs. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or industry-regulatory advice. They reflect AI-generated recommendations based on your intake answers and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information about third-party tools and APIs.
Before implementing any recommendation — especially anything touching customer data, payments, regulated communications (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR), or paid customer outreach — verify the design against current vendor documentation and your own compliance obligations.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (revenue, time saved, conversion rates) from implementing a plan. Marketing examples on this site are illustrative.
Plan availability
Your plan URL is the privacy boundary — anyone with the URL can view it. We don't require an account to view a plan. We'll keep your plan accessible at its URL indefinitely so long as the service is operational.
If we ever discontinue the service, we'll send 30 days' notice via email (using whichever email you provided at intake) and offer a markdown export so you can archive your plan locally. The markdown export is also available on the plan page at any time, with no purchase required.
Changes to these policies
When we materially change anything on this page — refund terms, retention windows, subprocessors — we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top and email anyone with an active plan on file. Smaller wording fixes that don't change the substance won't be announced.
Active purchases (a Pack you've already bought, an inquiry already in motion) continue under the policies in effect at the time of purchase.
